What to do once admitted

In order to confirm your acceptance to the 2nd semester 2012-2013, you are asked to pay an administrative fee of 184,20€ (one hundred eighty-four euro and twenty cent) within 15th December 2012. If you will be admitted to the 1st semester 2013-2014, you will be asked to pay an administrative fee of 184,20€ (one hundred eighty-four euro and twenty cent) within July 10th, 2013, either by credit card or by bank transfer. The administrative fee will be deducted from the 2nd installment.

Contact the Italian Representation and prepare the enrolment documents

In order to complete the enrolment procedures you should translate and legalize the following series of documents at the Italian Diplomatic Representative in the country where the educational system of the university issuing the diploma belongs to. You will then consign the original documents together with a copy of your language certificate upon official enrolment.

a) Bachelor diploma or a certificate issued by a competent office, translated into Italian and certified by the Italian diplomatic representative in the country where the educational system of the university issuing the diploma belongs to (for example: for a university with British educational system in Peruvian territory the Italian Diplomatic Representative of reference is the Italian Embassy/Consulate in London). 
In case you have not obtained a bachelor degree but have been admitted because of having completed the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits (gained in a minimum period of 3 years): your final diploma of secondary studies, translated into Italian and certified by the Italian diplomatic representative in the country where the educational system of the secondary school issuing the diploma belongs to;

b) the “Declaration of value” (Dichiarazione di Valore) issued by the Italian Diplomatic Representative as indicated in point a), related to the Bachelor degree. 
In case you have not obtained a bachelor degree but have been admitted because of having completed the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits (gained in a minimum period of 3 years), the declaration of value will be related to your final diploma of secondary studies;

c) a certified academic transcript confirming the examinations passed, issued directly by the university and duly confirmed by the Italian Diplomatic Representative. The Politecnico di Milano does NOT require a translation of certifications written in English, French or Spanish; 

d) detailed study programmes for each of the courses taken at the university to obtain the Bachelor degree/university qualification, on letterhead or stamped by the university where the student has achieved the degree. Politecnico di Milano DOES NOT require the translation of detailed study programs if written in English, French or Spanish. Alternatively to points c) and d) the diploma supplement can be produced, if adopted. 

You will then consign the original documents and a copy of your language certificate upon official enrolment.

Attention: 
in case of missing documentation, in accordance with the existing rules, Politecnico di Milano will revoke the enrolment at the Master of Science programme chosen.
