To file the application form to be considered for selection, it is necessary to submit the application form and the documents to evaluate the educational background directly to the Italian Embassy or Consulate in charge of issuing the visa, within the terms required for enrolment. It is necessary to submit to the Italian Embassy or Consulate:

• application form to the Master or to the Post Graduate programme 
• original copy of the degree obtained. The Italian Diplomatic Representative (Italian Embassy/Consulate/IIC) in your country will forward the documentation to the Politecnico di Milano and if it meets the requirements of admittance to the Master of the Politecnico di Milano, they will issue the entry visa. If the applicant has been admitted to a Specializing Master, the following documentation will have to be submitted at registration time:

• Declaration of Value (“Dichiarazione di Valore”) issued by the Italian Embassy or Consulate of the country where the student has completed his university studies on letterhead paper with the original stamp.
• Official translation of the university degree in Italian language and legalized with original stamp issued by the concerned Italian Diplomatic Representative (Italian Embassy/Consulate/IIC).
• Original degree or certified copy
• Certificate of identity issued by the Italian Diplomatic Representative (Italian Embassy/Consulate/IIC).
• Copy of the stay permit.
