Please put your complete dossier divided into separate folders as described below.

• If you have applied for 1 programme you must prepare and send 2 folders
• If you have applied for 2 programmes you must prepare and send 3 folders

What is a folder?  
A folder is a complete set of the documents required by the International Admissions Office

• Folder 1 is for the International Admissions Office. Put in this folder all the original versions of your documents including your transcripts in a sealed envelope and the documents written in original language
• Folder 2 is for the Study Course Committee of the programme you have 
  indicated in the online application form as your 1 st choice.
• Folder 3 is for the Study Course Committee of the programme you have 
  indicated in the online application form as your 2nd choice *

Folder 2 and Folder 3 are composed by photocopies of  Folder 1 documents (with the exception of transcripts put in sealed envelopes and all documents written in the original language (in this last case, you just need to photocopy the translated versions of them in one of the accepted languages: Italian, English, French, or Spanish)

*Be aware that you are NOT obliged to apply for 2 programmes! If you apply for 1 programme only you just need to send  Folder 1(for the International Admissions Office) and Folder 2( for the Study Course Committee of the programme you are applying to).

Important Note 
You don’t need to photocopy the following documents:

• Transcripts put in sealed envelopes which should not be opened (the 
  admissions office will open, verify, and photocopy these documents) 
• All documents written in the original language (you just need to photocopy the translated versions of them in one of the accepted languages: Italian, English, French, or Spanish)
