You can check the status of your application, by accessing the Online Services, with your student identification number (person code) and your password. If you are admitted, at the end of the evaluation process, you will be asked to accept (or decline) the admission online.

As we receive many applications every day and since opening all envelopes may require some time, we are not able to inform you immediately about the reception of your application documents.

For this reason, we advise you to send your documents with an express courier service so that you can track online the shipping. As soon as the International Admissions Office opens your envelope and checks your documentation, you will receive an automatic email confirming the consignment.

We inform you that the evaluation of international prospective students’ applications is a 2-step process. First, the applications are evaluated by the International Admissions Office then a Committee of Professors of the relevant Department takes the final decision about the outcome of candidatures.
