Students interested in applying for a Double Degree exchange at the Politecnico di Milano, first have to contact the International Relations Office of their home institution and ask there for information, since each partner university has its own pre-selection process with specific pre-requisites and timing.

Students selected by their home institution are invited to register on-line in order to get username and password needed to get access to the Application Form. Registration will open twice a year: from 15^th  April  to 14^th  June 2013 for Autumn arrivals and from 6^th November to 18^th December 2013 for Spring arrivals

The candidate will also have the possibility to prepare a preliminary Learning Agreement. 

Together with the application the following must be attached :

• A Transcript of Records of previous study results
• Two passport sized photos
• Statement of purpose (to be written in English or Italian – it must contain the "Laurea Magistrale" and the Campus for which they are applying)
  CV (to be written in English or Italian) o Any foreign language certificate (if available)
• Official letter from the home university attesting that the student has been officially selected
• Portfolio (for Architecture students only)
• Any other document that may be considered useful

Please note that pre-registered students may log-in even after deadline (using their username and password) in order to

• check how their application proceeds (accepted as an exchange student)
• modify the Learning agreement (the first weeks in Milan students will prepare their definitive Study Plan/Learning agreement using Poliself)
