Deadlines

Graduation exam registration periods vary depending on whether it is a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science /Specialistic/Old System Degree.
Graduation session calendars contain: 

• the deadline for application submission via Online Services for each session
• the deadline for passing the final assessment tests and acquiring missing Credits and submission of reports by Professors for each session
• graduation session dates by campus and programme
• the reference Academic Year

Advance access to the graduation session of December 2011, considered as the first session for the AY 2011/2012, is permitted for Master of Science Programme graduation candidate submitting a Study Plan for the AY 2011/12 exclusively for:

• completion of the 120 Credits with inclusion only of the Final Exam (first semester)
• only changing the status of courses in the completed Plan (from excess to effective and vice versa)

In this case, students must register in the AY 2011/2012, but need not pay the second instalment.

Only in the case of changing the status of courses from excess to effective and vice versa, the amount of the first instalment will be the reduced amount.
