1. By the date stated in the call for applications in relation to each benefit, the 

student must complete the specific on-line form. students must “confirm”  online applications only after having made certain that all parts of the form are fully and correctly completed. Once “confirmed”, the application cannot be modified in any way.  

After confirming the application, a summary sheet will be sent to the student's university e-mail address  or to the address given by the student when registering.  

THERE IS NO NEED TO SEND/HAND IN A PRINTED COPY OF THE APPLICATION TO THE FINANCIAL AID AND INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY SERVICE  

2. Send the ISEEU/ISPEU certificate to the Financial Aid and International Mobility Service. For foreign students the ISEEU/ISPEU certificates must be issued by specialised assistance centres called CAAF that have an agreement with the Politecnico di Milano.  

WARNING: Foreign students enrolling at the Politecnico for the first time must send a COPY OF THE DECLARATION OF VALUE, certifying the validity and value of the qualifications attained abroad to the Financial Aid and International Mobility Service.  

To facilitate the presentation of applications, the following are available to the students:  

• a  telephone help desk (Ph.: +39 02.2399.4471 – 02.2399.4472 - 02.23994473 – 02.2399.4474 - 02.23992268) operative from Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.; 
• some internet-connected workstations in the offices at no. 42 Via Golgi that can be used to complete on-line applications; 
• an e-mail service dirittoallostudio@polimi.it
