The town was one of the centres for Renaissance culture and the handed down architecture and art are a magnificent token through the works of Andrea Mantegna, Leon Battista Alberti, Giulio Romano. The architecture programmes at the campus are,specifically destined for interventions of preservation, conservation and restoration of building heritage.
