Thanks to the students mobility agreement which has been recently signed between Politecnico di Milano and the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Tongji University, all interested students who are enrolled in the 1st School of Architecture (Facoltà di Architettura e società) can take part into the Double Degree project which foresees a staying period in Shangai.
Thus, participants will get the Double Degree: the Italian Master of Science programme in Urban Planning and Policy Design and the chinese Master in Urban Planning - Shuo shi degree.
Two years and a half for 150 credits (among which 60 to be obtained at the partner institution) divided between courses, internship and the thesis: this is a career which makes both countries get closer, even through the knowledge of both countries’ language and culture. Departure - September of the second year – arrival – further courses semester and thesis development and discussion.

1st semester: at the Politecnico - courses

3rd semester: at the Tongji University - courses in English
4th semester: at the Tongji University courses in English, internship (min. 250 hours), final thesis in English with Chinese and Italian supervisor professors.
5th semester: at the Politecnico exams and final thesis in English presentation
