What requirements are essential to be admitted to the Master of Science programmes at the Politecnico di Milano?
Students from every country can be admitted at the Politecnico di Milano, therefore both from EU and non-EU, of any nationality, age, sex and religion. Political refugees living in Italy can also be admitted.

For Masters of Science taught in Italian - The minimum requirement for Italian language proficiency is B1 level (Common European Framework).
When does the admission period begin?
The admission period usually starts in October for the 1st semester and in August for the 2nd semester, but we invite you to check our website for the deadlines to apply online and deliver the documentation.
After applying to the University, candidates will present to their nearest Italian Diplomatic Representative in their own country all the documents necessary to start the formal procedure of admission from approximately mid.
Can I present documents in my native language?
The Admissions Office accepts material in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
Embassies or consulates accept documents officially translated into Italian.
Is it necessary to take an Italian test to attend a Master of Science?
It is not necessary to do it if willing to attend a Master of Science programme entirely taught in English language, it might be requested for programmes taught in Italian.

I should receive my Bachelor degree after July, is it possible for me to be admitted to the Politecnico di Milano University even without being graduated yet?
If a university qualification is not available because the student has not yet finished university but will finish by the end of August for the 1st semester or by the end of December for the 2nd semester, a certified letter from the Head of the candidate’s department stating that the student will be graduating by the end of August/December may be presented as a TEMPORARY substitution for the Diploma.
