How much does studying at the Politecnico di Milano University cost?
Bachelor of Science programmes:
regular fees for EU and Non-EU students applying to a Bachelor of Science programme offered by the Schools of Engineering, Architecture and Design, are based on students family income.
Master of Science programmes:
For EU Students regular fees for Master of Science programmes offered by the Schools of Engineering, Architecture and Design, are based on students’ family income.
For Non-EU students regular fees for Master of Science programmes are fixed on the maximum contribution range.

What do I have to do to pay tuition fees?
To pay the tuition fees students have to go to the “Ufficio delle Entrate”, an office that assigns candidates the “codice fiscale” an identify number with which is possible to go to the bank to pay the fees. Students can contact their campus' Welcome Desk which helps with this process. It is useful to remember that it is not possible to pay tuition fees online.
Are there any scholarships for foreign students?
Every year there is the opportunity to request consideration for specific scholarships offered to international students. Students obtaining a scholarship will have to pay only a nominal tuition fee of about €200.
All international students who fill-in the on-line application form and deliver the required documentation to the International Admission Office in due time, will automatically be considered for purely merit-based scholarship. On the on-line application form, candidates may express their desire to be considered for the financially-based merit scholarships they are eligible for.

Who does evaluate students regarding scholarship eligibility?
Evaluation for scholarship consideration is made by a committee of professors for each course and by a specific commission for each kind of scholarship.
How much does my Curriculum Studiorum (academic records) influence the eligibility for a scholarship?
Your Curriculum Studiorum is considered to be very important by our evaluation commission, therefore only excellent students will be granted scholarships by the Politecnico di Milano, I.C.E.-Unioncamere or Alta Scuola Politecnico di Milano commissions.
Are there any requirements to maintain the scholarships for the second year?
The students with a scholarship should gain after the 1st year the total of 700 points: this is the result of the average obtained in the examinations taken, multiplied by the number of credits obtained during the academic year.
